Next generation sequencing (NGS) has revolutionised genomic research. There are numerous applications to use NGS in clinical practice to improve patient care and in research study to unravel the molecular signature.
There are different NGS platforms using different sequencing technologies.
The module on NGS will help you get an insight about the principle used in Nanopore and Ion torrent NGS platform with Hands-on experience in sample preparation, library preparation, sequencing and analysis of the data on cloud-based system.
